Sovereign Soul's Philosophy
Innately we are born sovereign beings, yet we are misguided by views of guardians, social constructs, and even religious philosophy which leads many to suppress their natural sense of intuition, alignment, and sensuality.
Sovereign Soul was created to introduce the transformative practices and principles of Reiki, Tantra, and Sacred Sexuality to those in the African Diaspora and LGBTQIA+ folx primarily and people who are ready to reclaim and explore their Sovereign birthright. At Sovereign soul, I believe to have a sovereign soul means to remember that the essence of who you are is free from external control. My mission is to help you back to yourself as the Sovereign Soul you were destined to be. ⎈☯︎
All About Sunshine ☀️
Sunshine Ife, a radiator of warmth, cheer, and happiness, wholeheartedly embodies her name. Her wanderlust personality has taken Sunshine from New York to North Carolina, Florida, Jamaica, Mexico, Turks & Caicos, and many other places where she created "home" again and again. Simultaneously building her healing practice and attending graduate school, Sunshine obtained her Master’s degree in Art Therapy/Mental Health Counseling, vastly increasing her knowledge of mental health and trauma, which informs her healing practice.
Sunshine is a sensual healer who practices The Arts of Shamanic Tantra and considers herself a Transformation Guide. She combines her skills in the Sensual Arts, Herbal Medicine, Cosmology, Energy Healing, Mental/Behavioral Health, and Bodywork. Her experience includes being a Practitioner of Tantra Energy Work, Level 2 Reiki, Shamanic Breathwork, and travels locally and abroad to continue her studies in shamanic practices and herbal medicine.
Sunshine specializes in trauma release, emotional intelligence, genital reflexology, orgasmic awareness, intimacy, and providing tools in spiritual empowerment through sensual/sexual awakening and mindfulness for women, nonbinary folx, and men. Sunshine shows folx how to take their sex lives higher, access greater intimacy, achieve inner healing, and transform their lives into abundance and ecstasy. She currently hosts local workshops and classes in New York City (various locations), and Charlotte, NC.
